11.1 Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules.
11.2 Location & Law. Arbitration will occur in Orlando, Florida, USA (or via remote video if mutually agreed) and be governed by Florida law and the Federal Arbitration Act.
11.3 Individual Claims Only. You waive the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
11.4 Time Limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of accrual.
12. ADDITIONAL REMEDIES
We may seek injunctive or equitable relief in Florida state or federal courts to prevent IP infringement or unauthorized access to our systems.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify Fruitful Funding and affiliates against any claims or losses arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Website or Services, or (c) your violation of any law or third‑party right.

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, outages, war).
20. ASSIGNMENT
We may assign these Terms; you may not assign without our written consent.
