This policy explains how Fruitful Management LLC (“Fruitful Funding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles copyright infringement claims involving content hosted on fruitfulfunding.com and any related services (collectively, the “Site”).Nothing in this document is legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney about your specific situation before sending a notice that could affect your rights.
The U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) provides a standardized process for copyright holders to request removal of infringing material hosted on an online service provider’s platform. You can read more at the U.S. Copyright Office website.
DMCA notices are sworn statements made under penalty of perjury. Intentionally submitting false information is a federal crime (18 U.S.C. § 1621) and may also result in civil liability.
Many creators invest significant effort in content published through Fruitful Funding resources. Filing a takedown is a serious legal step. We strongly encourage you to consult counsel and verify that the use is not protected (e.g., fair use, license) before submitting a notice. Contacting the user directly is often the fastest resolution.
Each takedown request must be reviewed by a trained professional. Bulk, automated submissions frequently lack the required detail and may be rejected.
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter notice. Unless the claimant informs us within 14 days that they have filed a court action to restrain you, we will restore the content after that period.
We evaluate DMCA submissions only for sufficiency under the statute. We do not adjudicate the parties’ underlying copyright disputes.
Email is fastest. Send a plain‑text message (attachments optional) to [email protected] with all six elements below:
Your signature. A typed full name is acceptable.Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., URL to the original or detailed description).Identification of the allegedly infringing material on our Site, with enough info to locate it (e.g., direct URL).Your contact information – mailing address, phone number, and email address.A good‑faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
